  • Go Shopping. You have a £14 budget
  • You need food for one week (3 meals), and it must be healthy
  • Prepare to describe what you bought and why. Example: "I decided not to buy much meat, because that is expensive. I have selected a lot of vegetables, for example tomatoes, peppers and carrots."
